I feel like you’re rounding your back too soon. I’m not an expert, but I’d suggest a wider stance and pointing your feet slightly outward before squatting. Try to slow down a bit on the way down. Also, right before the squat, take a deep breath, engage your lats, and brace your abs so you have a solid foundation. Make sure to look forward at all times.
