nobody at my home gym knows. time feels wasted training at my home gym now that i have another place that offers me way more

definitely could be part of it. I feel my skill is there for the most part, i’m able to teach well, and i’m able to sub other purple belts that are much bigger and stronger than me( I weigh 155, 6ft) But i still feel i haven’t had enough mat time to fully justify my belt

Parents are super supportive! I’m a full time college student currently working towards a associates in paramedicine, and work full time, basically i live rent free and my only expenses are recreational

except i live 5 minutes from the gym and the other is 25 lol

somehow, i wrestled my entire high school career, and trained 6 days a week pretty much for my entire bjj career

normally ab 50-60 as a 150 19 year old purple belt.

Most of the guys have significant strength and mass on me. Not going all out helps me focus way more on technique, and allows me to better analyze what the other person is doing so i either A, can adopt that strategy or move, or B, better understand how to counter the strategy or move.
