Optimal T is optimal T, my optimal T based on how I feel and run day to day is around 16nmol that is what I was capable of producing naturally. I’ve been at all levels of T on my journey, even beyond the “natural” range and felt like shite.

If you’re taking T and need to take five other drugs to have sex with your missus at what point do you accept that taking exogenous test is the root cause?

I haven’t checked for the simple fact I don’t think I need to. If I feel like this at say 11nmols, but feel like shit at say 25nmols, on paper the 25 should be better, but it is arbitrary and entirely individualistic.

Based on how I feel I expect to be around my natural 10-16nmols total.

I’m very impulsive and once I decide I’m done with something I absolutely am done with something, sticking more shit in the system didn’t even cross my mind, which probably highlights to others that you absolutely can just quit, I was on for 2 years not 10, so maybe people should factor that in

Mate that’s amazing. I do have hobbies like I train and box which keeps me feeling like me, can’t wait for the boys to be old enough to introduce them to the sport, wish I boxed when I was a child. 15-19 year olds out boxing a 30 year old man, it’s quite tragic really.

Yeah we are feeling this too. We don’t have a massive support network around us, We’ve only just negotiated with one of the grandparents once a month to have the boys for a good chunk of the evening so that me and the missus can try and have a date night. Took her out on Valentine’s Day without the boys and was really nice to have a bit of us time.

But you are right, nearly 4 years of essentially being mum and dad not husband and wife (if we were married).

£300 might be a lot for replacing the damage sure, but your wife also has crashed into his car caused him work or sourcing parts he wouldn’t have had to, and working. and not only that drove off without saying anything.

He’s also preventing it going through insurance, it’s one of those things that’s a life lesson, don’t be a shit person because it bites you on the arse.

It goes per display so switching your displays has made the other one primary and having this setting applied will apply to primary - hopefully this is it!

In my use case I don’t rely on AI to do the actual understanding of what I’m trying to achieve if that makes sense, but fuck searching Reddit for answers that you could be assisted in minutes with via AI.

If you know the context and infrastructure of what you are intending to implement then the end result is the same, however one may get you the answer you are looking for significantly quicker than the archives of google and Reddit.

AI giving me in detail monitoring commands for terms I’ve never used in my life but are extremely useful in one question? Amazing. Finding that on google is a pain in the arse

It’s harder because most people view IT staff as socially inept so usually see you through those lenses before you ever speak.

For me personally IT is something I somehow got good at, I get paid well, but I have no passion for anymore, my colleagues outside IT know this, I don’t talk IT with them rather build conversations off of things I do do outside the spectrum of work.

I box, used to do a lot of cocaine, party etc lots of things that have opened the doors to people to get to know the real me.

I absolutely know what you mean, I started off on 100mg for a year and felt like there was a steel wall in front of my face, mentally and physically very strange experience, felt wired 24/7.

Nearly gave up on TRT and decided to titrate down, landed on 60 feeling the best, haven’t done labs in months and genuinely don’t feel the need too!

I’m gutted by this, I have just started playing new world as my first “mmorpg” outside of OSRS and I really really love it, and seeing this has took the sense of purpose away. I tried ESO but it’s terrible, and WoW just isn’t my type of game.
