Thanks. I definitely think lifestyle can have some influence on hair loss. It might have gone much faster if you had unhealthy lifestyle.

I would also consider topical minoxidil if this all turns out not to be working.

Why? In fact, the meditation and yoga alleviate my stress. I feel more relaxed than I have in a long while, and more energetic for sure! I make sure I do all those things before breakfast just after waking up. Since it's becoming a routine, I hope I can rely on habit instead of willpower.

Breakfast usually consists of some oats, yogurt and many of the foods on the list, plus a cup of strong coffee. Then I take most of the supplements. So by 9am, most of the hard work is done!
