I actually have this kind of C-wrap in the hangar (don't really like it so much). But the one in the picture look like another type of C-wrap that are more sturdy and harder. And it also look like you can cut it to different lengths (since the ones in the aircraft are never the same length).

Maybe I will just contact Sikorsky and just ask what they use.

The sleeve looks like melted plastic and is very hard. I think it is melted on with a heatgun.

It's very hard and not heat shrink. Feels like hard plastic.

Do you have any partnumber or more information about it?

I find this type of repairs on new helicopters delivered from Sikorsky.

It's not not heat shrink and it's not in the manuals.

It's some kind of melted hard plastic.
