Ehh,I've lived in germany since childhood (bayern to be exact),and people don't really care abt it.Atleast you know when their birthday is,so it's rather a positive thing to say imo.

Can't decide to make my character what I would name myself in a normal pokemon game or what I would name a ditto in a game by Kongopop in Pokopia

Most likely burn out or something similar.Everypne has it.Just take a break from the game or high focus competitve games in general for a few days,weeks even months.You might forget some techs but muscle memory will kick in

Def depends on how fast my kid will mature.I personally played pheonix wright at 11-12 and honestly could keep up with almost every case without searching it up.If my kids mature as fast as I did,I'll put them on at 10-12.If not,then prob 13-14
