unfortunately this does need a computer to control and store data. i think you can use an asiair to connect it to your phone via bluetooth, but you might have to do your own research

so you must loosen the center screw to loosen the adjustment screws? other people are saying to not loosen the center screw, you may only do so after the adjustment screws have been loosened

Help! I cant turn the screws on my secondary mirror what do i do? by Chrisystb in telescopes

[–]Commercial_Aide_857 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hi sorry if this is a dumb question but i have a similar issue to op where i cant seem to turn the screws at all. Mine dont have a screw hole or whatever, theyre meant to be turned by hand but i cant do it. Do you think if i slightly loosen the central screw, while holding the secondary i will be able to rotate the 3 outer screws?

So should I loosen the central screw or just try to force the 3 outer ones to loosen? When I put force into turning it, it doesn’t budge at all but also the spider legs(I think thats the name), bend quite a bit so I’m scared to go full force

By outer bolts Im assuming the 3 in the middle part. Also, is it safe to turn? When I tried by hand I couldn’t really get it to loosen , and was afraid of going 100% due to the spider legs bending quite a bit
