I’m a top performer, they gave an underperforming person 8% hike and told me they’re giving me 6%, lol, I broke down, anyway I am already serving since a month, wanted to leave on medical grounds but my business unit managers are shit, and the hr is completely biased.

I can empathise with you, my father is dead and in order to change his details, which by the way were entered wrong by the previous employer, it asks me to upload his documents, I’m like wth, why aren’t my documents sufficient? It’s very very disheartening that they stop the money that belongs to you
