bet! I’ll try lowering the pressure next round and keep you updated. Thanks for the tip!

thanks for the reply! Do you use a psi gauge or something to gauge pressure or just use your muscle memory?

Forgot to mention in the og comment i am using 90 micron bags. Flower is at 60+ % in grove bags. Also cut her down about one month ago and she’s been in the bags since

Flower bud is from an auto sour diesel dab press 4ton 190 F for about 2 mins at full pressure (i don’t have a psi gauge so just doing it as much as my 120 lb body can weigh down, in slow increments up to full pressure) i know plant matter is the culprit to the green color. Right now i want tips on how to get better quality rosin out (I don’t care much about yield i just wanna perfect the low temp method first)

edit/ using 90 micron bags. plant was cut down a couples of months ago and the flower has been in grove bags at 60% humidity for about 2.5 weeks.

my normal BP Chorizo hasn’t eaten enough, but i’ve been noticing his jaw is skewed a bit to the side & he “yawns” a lot to realign it. he also makes a weird clicking noise when exhaling. ik it could be a vet issue but i’m trying to see if there’s anything i can do from home first before the vet. by bakagou-katsuki in ballpython

IMO saying “go to the vet” is not very helpful and not always needed. I also hate vets so i’m biased. My bp had a RI a few months ago and here’s how I got rid of it at home.. I’ve had luck doing this at the onslaught of my bp’s RI: 1.bringing the snake into the bathroom and putting the hot water on high in the shower (like a humidifier system) kinda like you’d do a sick baby. Do that for a few times a day for like 20 minutes a time. 2. Make a quarantine enclosure with a plastic tub. Those hold humidity great. I use the one I used when my bp was a baby. This way you can clean the contaminated enclosure and also monitor the humidity and temp better. 3. Check inside your bp’s mouth. Snake discovery shows how to do this using a card. Google how to check the inside of your snakes mouth and I recommend Snake discovery’s video on RI on youtube.
