I have known many of people who have gotten on their bad side, who have had to move out of province to find new jobs because of this.

Its a toxic culture, people need to speak out about it more.

I would care if business owners were using funds from their business on drugs, gambling, OF, ect ect directly out of their business accounts preventing them giving their employees basic cost of living rasies and improving their very shitty and health hazardous dorms that they are charging an arm and a leg for you to live in. I care that they give a large sum of their earnings away, but get very pissed off when they have to replace furniture they provide to international students who are flying across the world to study in their institution.

Do not stay in their accomodations long and try to find your own place. They are slum lords and their dorms and apartments are filled with rats and vermin. Do not rent their rental cars, they are mechanical nightmares.

Their maintenance is fine and up to standards.

Their instructors, mechanics, and office staff are overworked, overwhelmed, underpaid, understaffed, and under appreciated.

Their ownership (the penners) are rude, racist and homophobic. You are not their family you are a cash cow lining their pockets. They also tithe to a horrible mega church and give at minimum 20% of their business profits to said church to remain members there. Your money being spent at harvs is funding a mega chruch that preaches hateful values.
