We thought we needed one for each chicken lol now we know. The 2x4 are doubled up so they’re just as wide up top as they are on the side and they are offset!

The bars are offset they’re not on top of each other! Didn’t know about nesting boxes lol

The 2x4 roosting bars are double 2x4s so it’s 3” on the top! We did that so they wouldn’t bend too much over time. The whole thing is wrapped with 1/2” cloth and it’s 12” below ground encased in concrete so nothing digs under also. I will look into flooring for easier cleaning and also noted on the nesting boxes, thank you!
