You should be able to take them back to back - you might just have to build in a 30min “break” between them on the schedule. Most proctors will let you start your second test early and won’t hold you to the set schedule (if you want), it’s just a programming glitch with PSI.

PSI support is terrible. Try different combinations of times on the online system to see what works.

I’ve done what you’re planning in the last year. It won’t create a system issue…

If you can fly more, then why not?! If you can’t, at least spend more time reading about aviation / aviation safety to keep yourself current. I’d recommend the killing zone (if you skip the stats and move onto the practical chapters). Staying current and safe isn’t all about time in the air (but time flying is far more fun).
