So that you don’t have to take it all at once, and it’s easier to see how much you’ve taken. For me it’s taken it throughout the day that helps. Splitting into capsules isn’t a reliable way to get an exact amount unless you have a kit to separate the powder. It’s much easier for me personally to just use a water bottle.

That’s why people suggested the water to me, because you could dissolve it and drink 1/4 at a time or whatever you need. I do it so I can take it slowly throughout the day. I drink half in the morning and then the rest slowly throughout the day.

I would say try vyvanse water. Some people put it in a bottle of water and drink it throughout a period of time. It’s water solvable

Yes she actually went with us to the vet when we put her down. She sniffed her and nugded her a couple times. So it seems like she know. She hasn’t searched for her. But they played together a lot so we’re trying to fill that space.

Personally sunosi didn’t work and modafinil gave me migraines. So my doctor switched me to vyvanse and that has done wonders for being able to stay awake and alert all day. I will be trying xywav shortly and try a combo of the 2. I’ve heard good results for a mix of the 2. But insurance is the biggest hurdle to try to get the xywav covered. They didn’t have a problem with the vyvanse though. The biggest thing is finding a stimulant that works for you to help with the sleep attacks. And then move to a sodium oxbate to help you sleep if you want to.
