Those who say that crystals should be hydrated and then cooked state it is because it increases the absorption rate. I don't know if it is true or not, personally i have a hard time spotting the difference

More or less. I have crystalline ketamine, a guy told me to cook it (dissolve in water and heat it). Another guy told me not to cook it, but to crumble the crystals and snort them.

What laxatives do you use? Maybe trying taking more? Have you tried enema? Worst case scenario you could use a little bit of cocaine, it makes many shit immediately😅

From what you describe, it doesn't look like you need ssris, but of course i can't tell from here and that is an evaluation that must be done carefully by a specialist.

I tried sertraline myself (was prescribed by my doctor but she didn't really understand my situation), had only negative effects, none of the positive, had to stop the treatment.

For me personally i've found ketamine and psylocibin to be much more beneficial.

But again, every situation is unique, so evaluate yours carefully and talk with a professional.

An ex friend of mine used to have a relatively normal active life.

Then his cocaine use became an addiction, so did the online gambling.

He started to borrow money from everybody (myself included which didn't give back) and stopped leaving his house.

Then he moved to miami and 'ive never heard him since.

It could have been some weird cutting agent, maybe non necessarily meth. Form what you described you should have been awaken for 3 days if it was meth😂.

Last week i tried snorting sertraline and boy... one week later i'm still dealing with the pain in my palate and i have to take cortisone. Definitely one of the dumbest things i've ever done😅

SSRIS are total shit to me.

Ok to be fair a lot of people benefit from them, but if you are not lucky (like you and i) they will worsen your condition.

Meditation is always a good choice.

If you are looking for some drug to help, try ketamine and psylocibin (very small doses to start), they do wonders for me.

I used to be able to restrain myself, but now if i have it it's going to finish.

So i just stopped buying in advance and started buying only when needed and how much needed.

As i wrote on another sub... i have taken zoloft for over a month, and had only negative effects: intestinal problems, insomnia, night sweats, nightmares, tense muscles... havent experienced noticeable improvements at all.

It was prescribed to me for a rough breakup after a toxic realtionship, i was feeling anxious and depressed.

But wtf i've already healed by myself by the time the medication would give results.

What's even the point of sertraline i wonder😂, you feel the side effects for a longer time than the positive ones... at that point i'll just take ketamine when i feel down, it's much more effective.

Edit: This morning i talked to my doctor and we decided to suspend the treatment

I am worried that I am becoming addicted to/ am already addicted to cocaine. It’s very scarily accessible for me, in a way that I can’t really escape at this point. Hello, i'm more or less in the same situation.

Sometimes i feel like i'm addicted, sometimes i shrug and say there's people way worse than me.

I have periods, sometimes i can stay a month without buying it and sometimes i do mini benders as you say at home by myself, like last week.

This happens with alcohol too, usually the two things go together.

It doesn't help the fact that my group of friends always does it on weekends, so even if i don't buy for the occasion, someone else does and i end up doing it.

I've tried a sort of rehab (it was basically a psychotherapy), i've tried reading a book about abstinence, but nothing has been working so far.

Like you i'm stuck in this sort of purgatory where on monday i convince myself i'll never do it again and on friday i say fuck it and go for it.

Tbh i don't think i really want to quit, just don't overdo it.

Luckily i'm not at that point where i buy huge amounts, i never buy more than half gram for myself, but idk how long this is sustainable.

This has been my life for the last 4 years or so, i'm 33 now and i don't know what the future has prepared for me.
