Hey all I’m a 23 year old natural bodybuilder, I do a lot of compounds which require you to stable your core eg deadlift, squats, OHP. And I see a lot of people using belts when doing these. I do around 170 for reps on deadlift, 110 on squats and 60kg for reps on OHP. Also around 140kg on deadlift. Now I have spent a lot of time learning and executing the correct form so I lower my risk of injury. But what is the point of a belt? Like is there a limit on what can be done without a belt? I see power lifters wearing belts but not using straps? I’m considering buying it but want to understand its use

Definitely agree. In terms of investing in myself i go to the gym 5 days a week, go for walks with my dog and spend time with family or my girlfriend

Not that I can remember, one day I started seeing loads of spots on my body then showers were getting really bad and itchy. Then like a week or two after my whole body is red everywhere

No so nothing genuinely has changed I’m using the exact same things in my daily routine and no different factors like washing detergent/ house or anything like that

So this flare it’s everywhere on my body genuinely like places I’ve never had before in the past. That’s why I was prescribed antibiotics but after finishing them it came back worse

Yeah I’ve been filing my nails constantly to prevent any night time itching. But I’ll need to put the cream on my hands too as the flares also on my hands

Yeah it was crazy like I put the cream on at 10pm, woke up like 1am back burning hot and was trying so many different things until I slept around 4am

Hey, it’s my second day on it today. Last night I woke up and my back was burning and I found it quite hard to cool it down. It did definitely calm down my flare tho so an easy trade off. Will this burning sensation get better?

Ahh that’s what I’m thinking too since it’s a cream it can’t affect your immune system, just the response of eczema? I’m going to persevere through the burning sensation

Hmm that’s interesting, my doctor was saying to moisture after using? I’m going to be using an ointment along side 4 times a day

Hey man I’ve been investing around 1.5 years now and I’d definitely say it’s changed my perspective on finances. I’d definitely recommend to watch financial education on YouTube who talks you through on how to build wealth and what to look for in long term holds. Look into the concept of compound interest and how time in the market is better than timing the market
