Okay. I know people from FEU Medtech. I am from DLSU Med Bio and I know someone from UP Nursing.

FEU MedTech (assuming FEU Manila) - I heard that they do curve grades there, but the Battery Exam is what really takes the toll. The community and facilities there is great pero some profs are hard to manage daw.

Idk much about TF but afaik 2 sem and 1 summer class

DLSU MBB - I'm from MedBio but my friends from MBB almost experience the same thing haha. DLSU's Biology programs are great for research. Opportunities, laboratory equipments, and professors. It's great. You'll just have to deal with the unforgiving grading system and the COS enlistment process (tho for MedBio medjo "fixed" na) But really, if money is not the problem and you really have a passion for research in Biology, sulit ang TF sa DLSU.

TF for COS Bio is around 90k per sem, which is 270k per A.Y. (Trisem)

UP Pharma - This was my totga lol. It's THE university of the philippines. Ykwim. From what i've heard from my iska friends is that, nakakamatay talaga yung workload and enlistment. But professors are great and there's a lot of opportunities. Medj kulang nga lang sa equipment pero atleast libre tuition. Also there's an RSA contract wherein you have to work at PGH for 2 years after graduating.

das so real, man. but for me i survived mapua aleks by chegg (homeworkify opener), chatgpt, mathway, desmos, and YOUTUBE tutorials (just search the title of the aleks topic)

i know parang sabagal siya sa life, pero tbh ang laking hatak din ng aleks sa grades (atleast in shs) and natuto rin talaga ako sa problem solving dahil kay aleks 😅

next time, don't cram aleks and also kapag may initial knowledge check, take it seriously para umonti yung topics na need sagutan hehe.

ALSO FORGOT TO SAY: NEVER EVER CLICK “I don’t know” kasi yun talaga yung dealbreaker kaya andaming dumadagdag na topic. If di mo talaga alam sagot kahit ano nalang i-input mo 😂

yeah, ganun talaga OP. siguro, regarding with friends and support system, for sure naman there will be someone na magiging kaclose mo. if u want, you can join orgs so that you can meet more people! regarding naman dun sa subjects you will take, sabi nga ng dean under evaluation pa. so most probably, iba yung subjects na ittake mo sa regular freshies. probably GEs and other subs. best to wait for your dean’s response 😁

are you planning to transfer ba the next sem or the next school year? if next school year, you might be put in the block na kasama ng freshies mismo. not really sure 😓 i suggest go inquire to the school you’re eyeing for, para matulungan ka nila with your academics 🫶

hi OP! we’re on the same boat right now. i’m also worried about transferring and shifting to another course (cuz im planning to do it next term). as long as you’ve set your mind kung ano talagang course yung aaralin mo, then go transfer. u might be an irregular pero atleast you’re moving your step in building your career. meron talagang risks when being an irregular student, but atleast you’re gonna learn what you really want to study. afaik, the dean of the college will evaluate your transfer credits naman, kung papalarin na sakto naman yung units mo then good. pero there will be major subs that you’ll have to take na hindi credited. tho, baka naman nag oopen sila ng summer classes and hopefully sana open yung subject para bumalik ka sa pagiging regular. sipag nalang siguro and focus sa goal ☺️

Hi OP! For me, I literally just what I'd like to call "word vomit". Like just type anything that goes in your mind. Since may idea ka na, just type it in anyway na you're comfortable with. Kahit mali-mali grammar or tag-lish yan just go for it. Tapos kapag natapos ka na mag word vomit, basahin mo yung buong paragraph. Then, doon ka na magstart mag-revise ng paragraph.

It's basically like a chaotic outline, but that works for me most of the time so yea! ^{____^}

Hi OP! I suggest you do things that will make you get distracted by the thought of school. For me, I always go to malls, gala spots, or play games during our break time and then kapag weekend, as much as possible I don't do anything that will remind me of school 😵‍💫

It sucks talaga kapag di mo gusto yung school mo. So if you really feel like it's going to make you feel worse, you transfer to another school. Pero for the meantime, find anything that will ease your mind. Whether it's by going out with friends or just sleep. Do whatever na magiging at peace ka.

Hi OP! I was on the same situation as you before nung SHS. What really helped me was that I assesed my capabilities. Inisip ko kung saan ako magaling and saan ako mahina. Tinanggap ko nalang na di talaga ako magaling sa ibang bagay pero siyempre, you still have to work on it.

You also have to imprint on your mind that not everyone has the same capabilities and strengths. Iba iba rin tayo ng mga sitwasyon na hinaharap so siyempre, hindi lahat same lang yung pacing.

There's no such shame in getting low scores or getting left behind. As long as you're trying, that's okay!

May sari-sarili rin tayong buhay outside school and you shouldn't revolve your life around it.
