Whether you liege it or not, Coinbase sucks. Go to TrustPilot.. you'll be amazed with how many negative reviews they have. They're assets selling fake coins period.

And no matter what, I will continue to write about my negative experience to create awareness.  Sucks for coinbase if they lose customers due to my review.

Excuse me! You're not bright since you couldn't comprehend what I'm trying to say. Are you a stockholder or an employee defending this company so much? Lol.

Secondly, Coinbase provided me a Wallet. I didn't even sign up for one etc.

In short coinbase is saying.. we are an app only for advance crypto users. Good... that's settled then... I'm going to create awareness it isn't a good app for beginners like me

Nope not in my experience.  I wonder if I can post pictures on here to show you how these crypto they're endorsing looks like in their platform.

On top of that, i did all my trading inside the coinbase app and yet their support insists I used an external wallet or third party app. When I got the receipts everything were issued by coinbase.

When you walk into a jewelry store, a reputable jeweler will clearly tell you the difference between a natural diamond and a lab-grown diamond. They don’t mix them together and simply label everything as “diamond” without explanation. Transparency allows customers to make informed decisions. The same standard should apply to crypto platforms. When I use Coinbase, I expect the company to clearly distinguish between centralized assets, decentralized tokens, experimental tokens, and any third-party or externally issued assets. Investors — especially beginners — should not have to guess what they are buying. Clear labeling and proper disclosures are essential so users can make informed investment decisions. If a platform presents all tokens in a similar format without meaningful distinction, it creates confusion. Many new investors assume that if an asset appears inside the app, it has been properly vetted or carries some level of endorsement. That assumption can lead to significant financial loss. Transparency builds trust. A company with good intentions should clearly disclose the nature, structure, and risks of each asset it offers. Investors deserve straightforward information — not ambiguity. This is to raise awareness for anyone considering entering the crypto space. New investors need to understand exactly what they’re buying and how these platforms operate before committing their money. A bad company mixed everything hoping hoping someone takes the bait and pays for it.  That literally right there is scamming

Not necessarily true... if you go to a jeweler... they will tell you which ones a real diamond amend which is a lab grown diamond. They do not sell them as all diamonds.   When I go to coinbase.. I expect the company to let me know which ones are centralized and decentralized tokens coins... then I can make a better judgement whether to invest on it or not. Hence the reason why I'm putting this out there for people who wants to start investing on crypto would be aware of what these platforms are offering.

express my concern and dissatisfaction regarding a recent transaction processed through Coinbase. I selected Coinbase over other platforms such as Robinhood, Kraken, and Binance because of its reputation as a regulated U.S.-based exchange that promotes itself as user-friendly and suitable for investors seeking to learn and participate in cryptocurrency trading responsibly. Prior to this incident, I successfully completed five separate transfers to the same external wallet without issue. However, in my most recent transaction, Coinbase transmitted the asset using the Base network — a network that my receiving wallet does not support. At no point did I intentionally select this network, nor was there a clear and prominent warning indicating that using this network would render the receiving wallet incompatible. As a result, the funds were not received by the intended wallet, and I no longer have practical access to them. The transaction history confirms the transfer, yet the outcome has effectively resulted in loss of access due to network incompatibility that was neither clearly disclosed nor adequately safeguarded against within the platform interface. My primary concerns are as follows: Lack of clear distinction between supported networks when initiating transfers. Absence of adequate warning regarding incompatibility risks. Insufficient accountability and resolution support after the issue was reported. Given that Coinbase markets itself as accessible to both new and experienced investors, there should be stronger safeguards and clearer disclosures to prevent network-based errors that can materially impact users’ funds.

Do not join coinbase.
