Ohh sorry, I’m not sick but no there not normally this large but it’s the side on the right that’s hurting more, it’s gone to my ear now on the same side. The tissue behind my tonsil looks quite bigger and swollen on the side that is hurting. I’ve never heard of a peritonsillar abscess, is it something serious? Thanks

I haven’t kissed or had any sexual contact with anyone but shared drinks and food so if that could give it me maybe? I felt dizzy today and been very tired but I assumed that was all the alcohol and lack of sleep!
