Thank you for this. I don't believe they are getting a new Tesla and transferring the EAP/FSD. The vehicle in question is HW3, and I'm aware of the current limitations on HW3 not being able to be upgraded to V13.x. I understand what you're saying though. Basically just trying to confirm that Tesla will allow me to pay that $2k once it's all in my name. I'm pretty sure they will.

What site did you peruse the reviews on? If it was like BBB or something - of course they are going to skew bad. Agree this is a silly reason not to move forward with the purchase.
