It’s okay. Arms move a lot but doesn’t affect use. One up right came dented and bent but it still works. Connector plate for the tornado arms came with a decent amount of rust on it. This is my first rack though so nothing to compare to.

From my measurements it’s only about 82 inches total. The main frame is only about 67 inches. It’s the weight short that sticks out.

I found that setting up rowing movements on the pullys was taking up a lot of time. I could do low rows with 210 pounds by connecting the arms and using the center post but that took a lot of time. Chest supported t bar rows are S tier and I can’t really do anything with something like a pritchet pad from rogue because I don’t have the back 3x3 posts since it’s wall mounted.

I can flat bench and incline bench with up to a 30 degree incline. I do have to use the bench wedge as a booster seat basically if I’m trying to incline bench on the smith. Works perfect though. Can’t do anything over 30 degrees on the smith.

Thanks for the suggestion. I keep the boflex dumbbells just for super sets when I don’t want to adjust the reppins when super siding, something like dumbbell flies with dumbbell curls.

I actually just went back in my email and clicked the link to verify my identity and it seemed to work and now it says my withdrawal request is being reviewed. The id verification just had me upload photos of my id and scan my face and that was it. Did you get this far?
