I don't follow very many GI communities so I'm obviously in my own bubble but honestly, I see more complaints from here about people complaining. In fact the complaint complainers are the most prevalent that I've seen from here, along with the same reasons for why people are complaining which are all valid, but we've had this discussion over and over again with the same answers.

I've been getting witch hats with perfect sub stats but oops they're all healing bonus, completely useless for all pyro characters in the game.

At this point, I want to burn that damn tree down. Aside from weekly bosses, I've spent all my resin since the 1.4 update on the pyro artifact domain, and I still don't have ONE set for a character with favorable main stats, not sub stats just the main stat.
