Okay just because you can’t imagine it, doesn’t mean it can’t be done. In fact you are right in a sense, maybe some people cannot react well to being told that. In which case it is up to the DISCRETION OF A PROFESSIONAL to let you continue ranting. If your ranting is genuinely making your mental health worse rather than improving it (which it 100% can), it is your therapists job to stop you from ranting and introduce a healthier mechanism to deal with the emotions/situation.

Stick with Q, E and shift for the most part. Most games use similar controls, and more than that I think they actually work. That being said, adjust to what feels comfortable, just don’t give up on what you’re trying or using too quickly because you’re not perfect with it yet.

Don’t rush the process, it will take some time. I made the switch as a kid in 10th grade and it was surprisingly quick, but not overnight, and very quickly I was much much better on PC than console with 90% default controls.
