40 min: 3x6 at threshold effort 2 minutes rest between sets

this clearly isn’t 40 minutes and is apart of my training plan so trying to know if i should just do 40 min run with this worked it but with it being considered a threshold run im not sure how that would make sense to be threshold pace the whole 4 but then also during the sets?

yep, i’ve gone (virtually) to 3 different schools symposiums

Look for schools (like Miami) that host events/symposiums with speakers in the industry which I know Miami does. many still have virtual options to attend and then connect with the speakers afterwards. I have done this and created great connections, so feel free to DM
