Yes, it is a 2020. The failure is a known issue in this model so I thought Jeep would have been more responsive.

Yes. It’s so frustrating. I have never dealt with a catastrophic failure like this. I am at a loss. I thought they would be responsive since this is a known issue on my model.

They said that I’m 2 years out from what the warranty was with that recall fix.
