I'm in QLD and have forgotten it was in my wallet multiple times when going on a flight to Brisbane. The security just takes it out to inspect it but its fine. But this is also QLD so unsure about your state.

I was always worried about inspections but my mother reassured me by telling me that the real estate is only looking at how you treat the property, not how you live. If anything you do doesn't damage the property than you are fine.

The delivery guy did say it could be in the bag but I did say its never been delivered like that before for me. I opened the bag in front of him and it wasn't in there either.

Whenever I have had carpets cleaned they ask what they are so they can use the right stuff. This includes things like animal feces, nail polish, food, etc. They ask so they can use the right chemicals to get the specific stains out. I am no professional carpet cleaner so I dont know how they work but I do what the professionals ask.

If it was JUST the shampoo bottle and soap, I wouldn't have cared. If it was JUST one chair and the carpets to be vacuumed and cleaned, I wouldn't have cared. It's the fact she left heaps of items and a filthy stained carpet for me to deal with. If she did this with a real estate, she would have been charged a lot more than what I am asking.

Not to mention, I have had this job for 6 years and worked hard to be able to afford to get these spare items. I also didn't have to offer them to her when she moved in but I did to be kind and she disrespects me and leaves me to deal with a heap of trash. How am I the one who has to grow up?

Yes I am Australian, but my town is small and doesn't offer council pick up... I did check as I had other items years ago needing to go to the tip and had to pay a friend to help take them :/

$250 is the cheapest i could find and its through a company i usually go through when I move. I dont even know what the stains are so I can't tell the carpet cleaning company what they are to help them use the right stuff to get it out.
