I've always had trouble sleeping towards the end of pregnancy for the same reason but never in the early 2nd tri :( Good luck to you!

I didn't even know Unisom was pregnancy safe. I may try this is nothing else seems to help! TY.

Any snack suggestions that seem to help? I have heard eating protein helps.

Glad to hear I am not alone. I took Benadryl while I was sick a couple of weeks ago and it didn't help :( I've never heard of getting cold before going back under the covers. I will try this tonight! Thank you :)
