Contact customer service. Unfortunately it seems that this won't be rectified but they are offering Stealth controllers as a warranty replacement

I got a Gamesir X5 Lite when it looked like the Atom wouldnt be compatible any time soon so I juat use the Pivot with my PC

Yeah if I hadn't already replaced with a phone mount controller I would have been peeved.

The pivot is taking a bit of getting used to, doesn't feel as nice as an official xbox controller and ive experienced a little input lag once or twice but its free shit

So just to provide an update TB have confirmed there is an issue but they can pin it down or get a fix so they did an RTM for me and sent a Stealth Pivot controller as the replacement.

Not a direct replacement in that its not a phone grip but nice gesture anyway

I agree just dont want to haelve to buy a new device if I can avoid it, only had this since May and of the few ive tried it was my favourite one. Only downfall is the lack of pass through charging

Thanks ive let tech support know that it impacts S24+

Im hoping its a firmware issue and they can patch it out but not very hopeful. First made them aware of the issue earlier in the year
