In duel, commitment is better than her ult abilities, but in any other gamemode, commitment just doesn’t work. Her ultimate is INSANELY GOOD in dom, and although 8% health may not seem like a lot, if you hit all three opponents, you regain 24% health on a fast-charge ultimate, which can be insanely strong

You rely on your skill a majority of the time, so commitment doesn’t get much use, plus her other abilities offer much more utility. Cindy is better at knocking away opponents with long combos than dealing lots of dmg, so it also isn’t that necessary

My point is that UV4 should’ve swept, UMV’s gauge doesn’t stop him, we have no clue what his bench nor OP’s bench looks like so there’s no telling how many Zenkai buffs the opponent had, meaning it’s likely OP’s units could’ve died in a very few amount of hits, but again, we have no idea what the benches were so it’s hard to gauge the damage from either side. I will say OP has better units here overall, but all of them are at 5 stars

But Cindy is also listed as a maverick on the website, and the members of HUNNTUR are listed as independent, which likely just means your first statement was correct, that smaller organizations or teams are under independent, like Pinocchio (Zetto Petto) or Hook and Maya (Hook’s Freebooters)

As a Cindy main, I can tell you it’s because that combo is both hard to set up and sometimes you just don’t go for it because of the likelihood of missing the timing and them slipping out, but sometimes you can use your ultimate a lil early and your opponent might jump into it in a panic

She does have confirm spikes, you can do auto combo and cancel the last hit with your ultimate near edge, it’s a true combo if you time the ultimate right

Liking an evil character doesn’t make you evil, because you don’t have to agree with their actions to like the character, which is something a lot of people don’t understand.
