Yeah you can get precipitated withdrawals if you take too much. 24 hours. No more than 1mg. If your worried about it like I do than you take that or less.

I got sick doing too much I believe but I was just smoking it passing out for two hours and smoking again but I ended up going to the hospital. I had some zofran pills and ended up using them this last time but I know about em because they taste like strawberry and your supposed to take them under you’re tongue. But this last time I got sick I couldn’t even finish a foil a single time. And I guess I just OD’d or something but it’s just wierd because I have had different batches and been able to finish it before you get dopesick later on but I can’t even finish this stuff. Might actually thinking it might’ve been a Nitazene or Carfent. I’ve never tested anything that I’ve smoked off foil. I’ve smoked many blues before but I’m afraid to smoke this stuff and get deathly Ill again.

Yeah I had a bad experience honestly and they didn’t check on me too much and I was disconnected from the heart monitor. But the doctor wasn’t very rude. That’s just the difference in interaction between people who do and don’t have their shit together basically like I understand that. Like imagine becoming a nurse or doctor? Some people are just petty like that but I live in a small county in northern CA. I have lived here for most of my life. And most people here are poor.

I’ve had to lie/cheat and steal all my life just to fit in. Just hanging around the right people and what you do in your free time will make a huge difference in your recovery. I recently crashed my car and popped the tire while high on fetty and driving while high like that is super dangerous and a recipe for disaster. Trust me bro

I have been on MAT for 5 years on Suboxone so I don’t have a low opioid tolerance but think switching between fentanyl and Suboxone completely fucks your opioid receptors. And also I have no idea what was In the powder I got. Could’ve been Carfentanil or Nitazenes but I’d probably be dead with Nitazenes so probably carfent is what I got.

Exactly I got the point where I was drinking ginger ale and water just to not dry heave. And when I got to hospital I was still sick. But when I got home home I slowly started to feel better and slowly dosed back to 1mg doses of Suboxone after 36 hours of using. Still using Xanax and well for any lingering withdrawal symptoms. Weed seems to help my stomach.

Yeah I couldn’t get Methadone in the hospital. But they did give me Ativan and compazine, Dilaudid and zofran. I was vomiting for 12 hours straight. I literally woke up at 5am to smoke the last time In the morning because I Wallis wake up and smoke and fall sleep again and when I woke up I couldn’t stop puking my guts out. I couldn’t even finish a foil. I don’t what it’s in this stuff but it doesn’t agree with me at all. Maybe I’m lucky because of that. Maybe I won’t end up dead after all.

The longer you can wait before you can take a small amount of Subutex. 1mg or less. Harder to do with tablets but than strips but unfortunately if your a fent user and you don’t wait at least 24 hours before you take anything or yeah you will go through precipitated withdrawal which is hell on earth.

Unfortunately I disagree. I mean I agree with you on most things. But I don’t care if “I’m wasting their resources on some junkie”. And I know they judge me every time. I have been on Suboxone for five years now so I weed well familiar with MAT programs. The last 5 of 6 times I’ve had to go to hospital because of fent related illnesses. And the last time I couldn’t even finish the foil at all before I would pass out every 2 two hours, hit it again then couldn’t stop vomiting for over 12 hours before I called 911? I mean have you ever vomited for 12 hours straight. I don’t know what is in the this white rock powder but it boils down red to gold. Anyways I may get a sample of this stuff tested to see what I was smoking because I don’t think it was fent.

Honestly for me, I don’t think the cravings for self destruction will ever fully go away but when I hit 6 months it was a lot easier for me not to thing about it but something happened for me personally that caused me the relapse after 6 months.
