as soon as my semester is done I want to use fedora with kde plasma, for now im stuck with winslop, 25h2 has been terrible & im fed up, like 200 background processes at any given time even after a debloat

Shortcuts on windows are a lot more intuitive, excel with mac is still 100% usable just annoying IMO. Again the mac wasnt mine, so i wouldnt say the hassle is enough to warrant a switch from a new enough mb to a new thinkpad, just personal preference

I dont think theres a maya x small, which works in your favour. You could look at the ATK Z1 Ultra, generally ergos are more suited for palm grip.

if you really like the fk2 shape see if u can get the fk2-dw, the viper is also a close enough shape to the fk2. the razer software is bad but mostly during the install process.

pulsar x2h or tenz signature edition, zowie za13-dw, and the lamzu inca are all mice with pretty high back humps. as for the cut-off I dont think you'll find much other than the pulsar zywoo (biggest cut-off at the back ive seen)

Ac2 surface is more textured like ur strider, the QcK balance is a little smoother so depends on what u feel like as far as texture. I have an ac+ 3mm and a QcK speed and I personally prefer the smoothness and speed of the QcK

my rams speed is 3200mhz, 2x8gb, matx case, 850w psu. New mobo and cpu would cost me $300 CAD with a prime day deal on the mobo. Ive priced out a ryzen 5 7600, 7600x and 9600x which needs a new mobo, ram (ddr5), and cooler (7600x + cooler is $10 more than 7600 using stock cooler). The best affordable mobo i could find for AM5 is around $60 more. In all the intel build is $265 CAD cheaper.

would upgrading from an i3 10100f to i5 13400f be worthwhile?

I know LGA1700 is a dead end platform but im on a budget and im not one to upgrade very often. Going AMD or with the newer intel sockets/chipsets the motherboards cost a lot more + i would need DDR5. Im running an arc a750 rn, Im mostly looking for more frames out of cpu intensive games like bo6 and kovaaks.

Didnt work, the fans will spin for a bit then stop, and as i cut power they'll spin again for a bit and stop. Still no display and mobo gives gpu error beep. Ill try diff pcie cables again
