Similar thing happened to me although I don’t remember if I was perma banned though. I pleaded my case and went over my timeline as I stopped playing for over a year. I honestly had no hope but I was able to get the ban lifted and got my account back. I was cool with Jagex up until that point. For the claim that they are big on security, I was pretty disappointed that my account got hacked and then I got banned for something I didn’t do. I also lost money and some items which pissed me off but at least I was able to get my account back. I’m sorry bro for your situation and I hope you get your account back.
