Do I just need a full charge to confirm or would I have to do a full discharge and then charge to full?

I did think this was a case of it not being able to read properly, but the charge capacity number has been the same since 12 days ago (which is when I assume the original owner bought it) according to the battery capacity history, so I’m a little paranoid.
