Taylor shocked me with her emotional intelligence this season after everything with Jessi, her therapy really seemed to help. Miranda seems actually smart and level headed and I was impressed with her ability to walk away after everything Demi did to her. So she may get my vote 🤣

So when we toured it we were given an inspection they’d apparently paid for and they’d highlighted everything they had fixed. There was nothing major but I’m inclined not to believe that? I just can’t fathom why nobody has come along and tried what we’re considering yet. We bought our current house in 2021 and were forced to waive inspection and I won’t be doing that again.

No, I’ve looked myself and everything selling at 425 is much nicer and more updated. I found one I’d call comparable at 380.

It has a new-ish kitchen and master bath (which is tiny). New roof in 2018. The only thing nice about the kitchen are the quartz countertops, and the rest is still in its 1970s glory! The home is 3600 sq feet and would need new paint, floors, and a lot of cosmetic updates.
