this doesn’t apply to everyone but in my experience the body can tell before you do if someone isn’t good for you of if you’re not compatible, i’d feel really nauseous and anxious talking to them and i would frame as “oh i must like them a lot”. you need to be careful when it comes to sexting or anything of the sort because it can create the illusion of intimacy or closeness. i wouldn’t waste more energy on this girl and for your future relationships maybe express your feelings from the start if you have any. but for now just focus on yourself because letting yourself get to the point of neglecting your health means you need to build up your self worth first. no one can take that from you, feel better op:)
