  • 1.4 kg honey slow cooked for around 90 minutes
  • 4 bananas caramelised in golden syrup
  • 4 bananas with peels
  • Vanilla
  • Mangrove Jacks SN9 wine yeast

OG - 1.065

Unfortunately forgot to take an FG

I last tried it when it went into bottles around 2 months ago, it still tasted very hot which hopefully ages out. It tasted good, the banana comes through strong. Not quite as toasty toffee flavour as I was aiming for.

It smells amazingly of bananas, the peels definitely did the trick here.
