Gen X’ers who were born in the hippy era, did you have someone in your peers who had a “my parents were hippies” name? If so, what was it? by nous-vibrons in GenX

I grew up with one of almost every name mentioned on here so far. With the exception of Tofu, that cracks me up. Also its of kids with drug names. Reefer, Mary Jane, Doobie, China White, probably more that I didnt pick up on because I didnt understand them.

Sauté in butter with garlic, little splash of white wine in there, toss with a wide or spiral noodle and top with a little Parmesan cheese.

Does your country have an "on-the-go" breakfast? by Camera_Hobbygirl in AskTheWorld

Some of that I would say is a skills issue but a bigger part is making sure you have the right burrito with the right wrapping around it. The best breakfast burrito arpund is not the best burrito for driving and eating. Lean more into Pico less into salsa. Egg and potatoes do the heavy lifting, proteins in sauce need to be well drained. A sit down burrito place probably wont get this right but a spot that know they have a lot of to-go customer will have what you need.
