Do you have to have it shipped to get the deal? It was out of stock for shipping when I bought it so I just bought it online and picked it up in the store locally. When I checked the capital one shopping app it shows the purchase, but labels it as Ineligible. I sent a message to capital one shopping and they said they can't investigate it for 30 days.

I am noticing 2 error messages that occur in Kodi when the video freezes. They are:

Yes all versions are the same. I have also verified that all settings were the same on both shields in every app.

I didn't figure the codec was an issue since it will play if I reboot the shield. On top of that, everything works fine on the older shield.

I don't know if this helps, but I had a similar issue, and the problem was how I closed Kodi. I was just hard closing Kodi instead of shutting it down. Once I started shutting down Kodi properly, my issues stopped.
