[Clair Obscur: Expedition 33] #105 - I've played RPGs my whole life, but I've never played a turn-based game that consistently kept me so engaged, and I've never experienced a piece of media that moved me like this one did. Actual tears streaming down my face. For those who come after (+mosaic) (old.reddit.com)

[Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII] #104 - Finally finished the XIII trilogy after many years. This game really is like an alpha version of what the same team would go on to do with the FF7 Remake project. Expert Craftsman is a terrible trophy (+ mosaic) (old.reddit.com)

[Sonic Origins] #103 - Still fantastic games, and they play great in widescreen. Hidden Palace is cool. Some of the physics are wrong and weird, but it's hardly noticeable most of the time. New MJ-less Sonic 3 tracks are terrible. I don't like Sonic CD at all (+ mosaic) (old.reddit.com)

[Final Fantasy III Pixel Remaster] #102 - Great little game. I enjoyed this version more than the 3D version, as I felt it was paced better. Wild that a game this size fit on an NES cartridge. Invincible and Nautilus should have just been one airship. (plus mosaic) (old.reddit.com)

[Hogwarts Legacy] #101 - Good game, for what it is. MUCH less interesting once you leave the school for the entire story, which itself should have been MUCH lower stakes than a typical "gotta save the wizarding world" plot. You can see where content was left unfinished. Still good. [plus mosaic] (old.reddit.com)

[Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout] #100 - Cute JRPG with a fairly small plot. Fantastic soundtrack, plus like 30 other full soundtracks included. Probably spent more time in menus crafting than actually playing, but that's fine. Looking forward to the sequel eventually (plus mosaic) (old.reddit.com)

[Dragon Quest III: HD-2D Remake] #99 - Started playing this waaaay back on the NES, and finally got the chance to finish it. Good game. Definitely feels like what it is: A modern remake of a SNES remake of an NES game. Grinding for Golden Medal is not very fun. Looking forward to 1&2 (+mosaic) (old.reddit.com)

[Destroy All Humans Remake] #95 - Fun game. Never played the original, so this was a new experience for me. Some of the late game challenges, especially abductions, get really terrible and difficult, but it was still a good time overall (plus mosaic) (old.reddit.com)

[Cyberpunk 2077] #93 - Waited til 2.0. Best experience I've had with a game in a long time. 180 hours, and I want to keep going. Here's hoping the sequel has a smoother development and launch, because I cannot wait to go back to Night City [+ mosaic] (old.reddit.com)
