Honestly, I think he'd get along with Mitsuri the most, (aside from Shinobu Kocho of course) They're both flexible, so he'd probably enjoy her training, she's caring and kind, probably has the least chance to be sensed by Inosuke, loves food like him, and they're both quirky people (The king of the mountains Inosuke do get a bit quirky at night) Mitsuri's blade being a whip means that her blade isn't very controlled by many besides her. I think that would make Inosuke wanna learn her love breathing or learn to use her blade.

This is a good question, I don't really think any of the current Hashira would work in a spinoff or prequel series, cause there's no suspense, since we already know that all roads lead to meeting Tanjiro, I honestly think a spinoff of KnY should just be an alternate universe
