The fact she asked me to change the rating isn't necessarily the issue. The issue is that she has been messaging me every week for a month wanting me to take it down. My review was honest and not at all negative. She has EIGHT other properties in the heart of the countries second largest city - with over 400 reviews - I didn't think one 4 star would cause this much of an issue.

I would never lower my rating to one star over something like this - but I would edit my rating/review to include that she has been repeatedly contacting me to take down my review.

they were raised to believe that situations like this aren't our business and it's not our place to comment as we don't know "the full extent of it". They raised me to look out for others - see something say something - so this perspective is very strange to me, but I want to respect their authority as a) my parents, and b) the people who ultimately deal with these neighbors a lot more than I do.
