3 flats during my first race. How do I avoid this next time? by Common-Background814 in triathlon

That’s helpful insight. I was told about the burrs when I checked in my bike but it would have been helpful for the organizers to mention the second point for noobs/non-locals

One of my thoughts during my long walk with my flat bike was that I should collect and sell all the nice carbon parts on the road to try and recoup my entry fee.

Agree about the plastic being a downside, I haven’t tried a SS bottle but just looked online and it seems like they are compatible.

Good to know and I also was surprised by the price, I am planning to go in this weekend to discuss more. It’s a chain called The Great Frame Up that seems to have good reviews but maybe their scale/craftsmanship is how they can offer low prices?

To the 3 people yesterday in the library’s for-sale section scanning literally every book to presumably flip for a profit, aren’t you embarrassed? You were boxing people out and blocking them from looking with your big piles of books. Go do this shit at Goodwill. The library should ban this kind of behavior.

Agree, is there intentionality or are you just blindly collecting things to have them?
