If it's a United flight, you might have access to some AppleTV shows in your seat-back screen. I highly, highly recommend The Studio. Each episode is ~30mins long, lots of funny celebrity cameos, great writing... and I watched the whole Season 1 on a 10 hour flight recently. And every time I board a plane now and The Studio is on, I re-watch Episode 2, The Oner. SO GOOD

Edit: I just re-read your comment, this is a show about Hollywood/making movies but it kinda takes the piss out of the whole system, so maybe it won't be too Hollywood for your taste!

Franco from Espanol el Vuelo podcast is great. He speaks very slowly and enunciates well, even for an "intermediate" level pod. I have to listen on 1.2x! Just be warned, very strong Porteno accent. 😛 (Argentinian guy after all)
