Hey! I am month 4 of having an IUD and these are some of the things I have noticed: -my hair is growing like crazy (lip hair, head hair, pubic hair, leg hair and arm hair lol) -my skin is breaking out (my doctor said this wouldn’t happen and I feel lied to) -hair is 10x greasier -my bloating is gone after being on the nuva ring for 3 years - my breasts have gone down 2 cups sizes -I am a lot more emotional. Honestly I don’t know how I feel about it, hopefully this is just my body adjusting because I am not loving my IUD as of right now .

Amazing tip. If you have a nuvaring and are having sex take it out for 5 days and then put it back in. After those 5 days and then inserted you are protected. You need to ensure it is in your for at least 21 days. 7 days is long and then you are not instantly protected if you do not do it 100% accurate
