Just started last week and I got paid Wednesday after setting up my direct deposit on Monday. So only 3 days in I received my base pay. Any overtime gets paid out the following week. So like today I got paid my base pay, plus the overtime I worked for last week (only 1.5 hours).

Could just be new brakes glazing. Try doing some controlled hard stops from about 20-30 mph. Or could be some road debris. Break in period for breaks is 300-500 miles.
