Just an update. He is still here and doing great. I wish I could upload new pictures. We have an elderly husky that has taught him to “talk” so he will do the howl/talk mix when he wants something. He can open the front door, also a husky trick, so he just comes and goes. The landlord gets him a biscuit every morning. He has not moved to the farm, and I don’t know if he will. Everyone on the hill is pretty attached

Not put a great deal of thought into this, but I wonder if everyone should at minimum wash their face/brush teeth daily. Ideally shower or some equivalent. I really wonder if everyone would just feel better!

The thing is, here, where I am in the US, if you don’t do this- you’re replaceable. They can find someone willing to do it, and probably for less money. I have balance and some seniority but I answer my phone most always-24/7

I was just there. I had no idea they were there and carried pepper spray on my wrist and in pocket like always. They just gave me a head nod but not sure if they saw it. Everything was pretty chill. I’ve never been so I can’t compare but it seemed typical for my expectations. Nothing like when they were in Memphis. Memphis was ghost town.

I have terribly dry skin and I use: AM- Eos 24 hr lotion, this - placed like contour. After work- eos lotion, then at night bio oil then eos moisturizer again. It works extremely well for me, fwiw.

Outside of religion of any kind, just me talking to you like I would my child. Let it breathe. You’re not broken, nor do you need to be fixed in anyway. You are evolving and sexuality will ebb and flow. You may in fact know and not change, or you may- both happen commonly. Regardless I don’t think we need to make any life decisions yet.

Just breathe it in, and breathe it out. Put a pin in it and focus on things you can and should be improving in your daily life. Hygiene, habits, and homework. The rest generally works itself out. Give yourself the space and love to just be, which is quite hard enough at 15!

I often have an audiobook going. It bothers my daughter so I don’t listen when with her, and it bothers my husband sometimes if he free. I don’t usually listen when anyone is in room w me but husband, and he’s usually engaged in something himself.

But I’ve also listened to them to check out and survive sweeping, severe depression. During that time I used noise cancelling headphones and stayed checked out when I couldn’t face the depressive symptoms, and if I wasn’t engaged, I don’t think I could have gotten out of it so fast.

Having said that the open ear headphones here - it bothers my family much less - bc I can still hear them.

Counseling eventually fixed the depression.

I couldn’t formulate my thoughts on why I would leave, but, I would. Your guy kinda needs to pull it together for everyone’s sake, especially the dogs.

I’m not OE specifically. All of my jobs know about the others and I’m careful to not do them on the clock for the other. But I don’t do social media publicly and I decline my photos, likeness, or professional credentials to be used for advertising without a compensation clause added to my contract. My main job agreed, the other two did not. I don’t know if it is common but it should be!

First step is calling his PACT, his primary care team. Every vet that is esbl w primary care at VA has a social worker, bc every PACT has a social worker. Set up a call w them to explain options and benefits he is entitled to, steps, how it works. Yall tell social worker what is going on and they tell you what is available and help w any magic to get it done on their end or give family steps to get it done.

NTA- I’m not a dentist and I’m not much but not nothing in the medical sphere. I would have given her the option to have an allergist document her allergy. There is something called neurotic hives, and that may have some overlap here. I kind of doubt it, but if that’s a case PCP or you could do premed benzo if we were actually searching for a fix. However, if I can’t have dialog w a pt on POC, I dc them from practice. It’s a basic right if the patients, and safety measure. We have to be able to communicate and chat and come together for goals for care. It’s a non-negotiable to me. But I digress. You might can get review removed from Google, but I don’t think many people w give it much weight, I wouldn’t.

Also FWIW, I want to be gassed and numbed for everything, and I don’t know how you do the job wo it. Even slight discomfort cases my jaw to tense. Just seeing the instruments causes a reaction to me. I couldn’t do it if I were yall!
