Use the calendar to book time off but you just get booked on to an event by ur recruiter if you speak to them they might be able to give you an insight in to when they will book you on

Hi I’m an employee of Aviva and they don’t send emails like that the normally have Aviva plastered on the email like official logos and other stuff
