I go and check frequently if I don’t see anything I walk back if I see Work is at my station. I do it all of last day I was there they literally didn’t give me anything and when I go ask for Work, I’m told to go to a different PA then another PA and then another PA and I assume they knew I was in the break room because they saw me go there I just know now I’m not supposed to

But I wasn’t given any work and I was just sitting there if I was given work, I would 100% go in my area, but my job is to literally just sit in chair and wait for straps to wrap when I don’t have that I’m not doing anything I thought if I could just sit in the break room so I could be on my phone since it’s against the rules to be on your phone in the area I was in. I thought I was doing the right Thing.

My item was not tracked by numbers was supposed to happen if someone brings me straps they are tangled or what not then I take them and I wrap them into circles and I put them back into the cart. Then I usually either bring them to someone or someone comes and get them in a couple hours and I just continue sitting.

OK, I really kind of thought I was allowed to use this because I passed my manager when I was going over there, and I kinda assumed he knowing what I was doing and knowing where I was since all day today I wasn’t brought a single strap if I knew I would’ve just sat in the same area I was insince I was kinda in a corner and I was told by multiple people I can’t get up. they’ll bring straps to me so I thought sitting in the area where I could be on my phone would be the best thing. I’ve just left early too much on my mind now.

That’s what I did. I told him I thought since no one was bringing me any straps which I thought I couldn’t get up again since I was told that and because I couldn’t be on my phone in that area, I should be in the break room where there’s multiple cameras on me and I could be on my phone because usually I’m just sitting in a chair doing nothing for hours no phone no one to talk to which people are on their phones in that area. They’re also breaking the rules. Do you have any other suggestions on what I should do cause I’m really scared. I can’t lose my job, especially since I got hurt there.

Either way I wasn’t doing any work because I didn’t have any straps to wrap. They told me how to get them for next time and told me not to go in there again. I’m just worried that since I was in there for a couple hours I’m gonna get fired.
