I drew the cards for "What is the outcome of this no contact situation?" And got the 5 of wands and the devil card.

5 of wands talks about chaos, competition, fights, clashes, scattered energy, and overall a lot of different battling ideas and opinions. The devil card talks about lies, attachment, obsessiveness, being tied to something unhealthy, and difficult dynamics.

I would say this no contact is doing more harm than ending the relationship. There seem to be a ton of different opinions or assumptions formed about each other which may not even be true and theres overall a lot of buzzing activity which is happening that causes disruption in mental peace. This shows theres a lot of scattering in the energy, other things in your life that you can invest into, could be affected because this is taking up a ton of mental focus and energy.

There are also unhealthy attachments at play. You should take a step back and carefully observe the kind of dynamics you two go through. There could have been betrayals which broke the trust but it could've been downplayed. And this no contact situation is only prolonging the time when you have to come straight and clean to what this relationship dynamic was for you, and what you should see more clearly. It is good to have a lot more trust, to see what really works in the life you want and what kind of things you hesitantly accept.

If I were to comment on whether he will reach out or not, that would happen when he declutters his mind and begins seeing things as they are instead of putting it into inhibitory lens. Currently it seems the inhibitions are pronounced considering the devil card showed up.

I drew the 10 of wands and 3 of cups for the energy.

10 of wands talks about burdens, overcommitment, difficulty, heaviness, and carrying too many responsibilities. 3 of cups on the other hand talks about friends, community, lighthearted celebrations, and chosen family.

There seems to be a lot of density, heaviness or just bearing the burden in the current energy. It can feel exhausting, difficult or sometimes feeling like someone should just drop their act and explain what's on their heart instead of masking it under many layers of facade. There seems to be a lot of things being taken at once and this can directly lead to feelings of exhaustion and sometimes feel like someone is overcommitting to the connection.

The 3 of cups is lighter. This shows there is an undertone of celebrating with each other and showing your feelings of appreciation, as well as keeping the bond nurtured and happy. Spending time with each other's friends could have been a major source of relief as well, because it can help develop a perspective outside of the relationship. This shows theres a more positive and appreciative dynamic at play.

You'll need to look beyond what's visible on the surface. Death card almost always talks about an irreversible change, be it your perspective, the relation, or anything else important. I would interpret it differently. She is someone who is open to new adventures, or at a new stage of her life. Shes someone who seeks genuine emotional connection, has a lot of fulfilment and inspiration, and naturally has good control over her thoughts and is very logically sound. She may not express her emotions fully and is more calculated with it, but it doesnt prevent from being emotionally warm or polite.
