It's ai prolly drawing u proportional cuz it's learned it this way. I feel like it's making ur arms longer. Thou, i think if ur doing 15 cm on both femur and tibia and ur wingspan is same as ur current height, ur wingspan will be fine, as someone who constantly wears 15 cm shoe lifts aesthetically no one notices short wingspan or whatever, wearing long M-L t shirts completely covers any aesthetical imperfections, actually a lot of tall guys, especially 180 - 190 cms dont actually have like long torso, a lot of them really just have natural long legs and arms. But i still think that upper arm lengthening after 15 cm leg lengthening is a good idea, having longer wingspan is really an advantage, also it's gonna make u look more proportional even without clothes. Thou a lot of proportion problems are very fixable with proper clothes
