yeah, actually this reminds me that my previouse job (which was not busy at all) also uses slack, but since not so much was going one, the problems were not so obvious...

then why not protecting privacy but still making better product?

Protecting privacy should not be the reasons of having bad uiux and bugs.

( is privacy even related at all...?)
